International Moroccan football player Benjamin Bouchouari expressed his excitement to join the national team, after coach Walid Regragui included him on the squad list for the upcoming friendlies against Brazil and Peru.
In a statement to Hesport, Bouchouari recalled his sentiment of pride upon receiving Regragui’s invitation, adding that he will “make a great effort to meet the expectations of the Moroccan public.”
The 21-year-old Saint-Étienne midfielder is considered one of the brightest upcoming Moroccan talents in football. He previously played with Morocco’s U-23 team, before receiving Regragui’s invitation to join the national A team.
