The “Basma Amal” Association organized a free solidarity medical convoy last Saturday for residents of Oulad Ayyad in the commune of Sidi Hamadi, Al-Karaza, within the jurisdiction of the Al-Fuqih Ben Salah province, for people in a situation of disability.
Alongside this medical convoy, Basma Maslouh, the president of the “Basma Amal” Association, said in a press statement that this multi-specialty convoy was held under the slogan “Health for All,” supported by the Regional Association for cultural, social, and Sports Affairs in Al-Fuqih Ben Salah, in partnership with the Alternatives Association for Development, Education, and Social Solidarity, and coordination with the Health Delegation.
Maslouh added that the social convoy achieved many beneficiaries—nearly 800 individuals, including adults and children, both men and women. The convoy covered various specialties, including general medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, and oncology. Additionally, it provided care for pregnant women, nursing mothers, and children.
She pointed out that the convoy was supported by a specialized medical team consisting of several doctors, nurses, and healthcare professionals from Akdital Private Hospital and Beni Mellal Regional Hospital. The team provided extensive medical and healthcare services to patients in this needy rural area and distributed medications free of charge.
