French football club Olympique de Marseille’s management has initiated contact with Bayern Munich officials to contract with Moroccan international Noussair Mazraoui, starting from the next summer transfer period, on a loan basis.
French media reports indicat that there is communication between the Spaniard Pablo Longoria, president of Marseille, and the Bayern administration, in order to make an official offer to contract with Mazraoui.
The same reports indicated that the representative of the French south team is looking for defenders to replace Nuno Tavares, who will return to Arsenal, and Jonathan Klaus in the event of his departure, which makes Marseille turn its sights on the Moroccan full-back.
Mazraoui has a contract with Bayern Munich that extends until June 30, 2026, but not relying on him as a first or second option will force him to leave for a new experience.
It is noteworthy that Olympique de Marseille includes Moroccan internationals Amine Harith and Ezzedine Ounahi.
