King Mohammed VI sent a congratulatory message to the president of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, on the occasion of his country’s Independence Day.
In this message, the King expresses, on his personal name and on behalf of the Moroccan people, His warmest congratulations and best wishes to the Mauritanian president and the brotherly people of Mauritania.
The Sovereign takes this opportunity to express to El Ghazouani His consideration of the bonds of sincere brotherhood and mutual esteem linking the two brotherly peoples, reiterating His firm determination to continue to work together with the Mauritanian president to consolidate the relations of active solidarity and constructive cooperation between the two neighboring countries, and to broaden their prospects in the service of their common interests.
