Olympique de Marseille coach Bruno Génésio has praised Moroccan international Nayef Aguerd for his performances, saying he never doubted the defender’s ability to deliver in high-profile matches.
Speaking after Marseille’s 1-0 victory over Bayer Leverkusen in the Europa League, Génésio said Aguerd was now playing with greater ease and confidence, allowing him more freedom on the pitch.
