Spanish Interior Minister Fernando Grande-Marlaska on Tuesday ruled out sabotage in the investigation of a weekend high-speed train collision that killed at least 41 people.
“The possibility of sabotage was never considered. From the beginning, we have been talking about technical issues related to railway transport. There has never been any element suggesting otherwise,” he told a press conference following a weekly cabinet meeting.
