Al Ain’s star man, Soufiane Rahimi, has come into his own this season, proving himself to be the Emirati club’s lethal weapon. His performances have not escaped the attention of Saudi Arabia’s neighbors. According to Gulf media reports, the Moroccan international has received a tempting offer from Al-Ittihad.

Al Aïn are currently studying offers for Soufiane Rahimi, and are said to be paying particular attention to Al-Ittihad, the club where Abderrazak Hamdallah plays. The Saudi outfit have already proposed an offer in the region of $20 million, with a 3-year contract, which would make the player a quality signing for the Saudi team after the setbacks they suffered last season, despite the presence of Frenchman N’Golo Kante, one of France’s most striking stars in the current European Cup, and Karim Benzema, the former Real Madrid top scorer.

Priced at eight million euros on Transfermarkt, the former Raja de Casablanca man is under contract with Al Aïn until the summer of 2025. The Emirati club, aware that its player appeals to several teams, is not going to let him go so easily in order to recover the highest possible sum.

The Casablanca-born player helped his team lift the Asian Champions League last season, where he was the competition’s top scorer and player with thirteen goals. This season, Rahimi has played 40 games, scoring 23 goals and providing 13 assists in all competitions.
