According to a trusted Hespress AR source, Moroccan YouTuber known as Ilyas El Malki will appear today, Sunday, before the Prosecutor at the Court of Appeal in El Jadida.
The Internet personality had turned himself over to authorities in Casablanca after he was the subject of a national search warrant.
The same source pointed out that the YouTuber, who turned himself on Friday, was placed under precautionary custody on the instructions of the competent public prosecution.
The suspect was immediately transferred to the city of El Jadida, where authorities had launched the search warrant against him.
It is noteworthy that the detainee was prosecuted for a video clip showing him physically assaulting another content creator in El Jadida.
