Abdeslam Ahizoune was unanimously re-elected president of the Royal Moroccan Athletics Federation (FRMA) for a fifth term, at the FRMA’s elective general assembly, held Friday in Rabat.
Ahizoune was first elected president of FRMA on December 04, 2006, replacing Mohamed Aouzal, then chairman of the Interim Committee. He was subsequently re-elected to lead the national athletics governing body on November 29, 2010, then on January 29, 2015, as well as on April 22, 2019 for a fourth term.
