The UAE intercepted Monday two ballistic missiles in its airspace launched by the Houthi rebels, according to the state news agency, quoting the Ministry of Defense.
The ministry confirmed that it intercepted and destroyed “two ballistic missiles launched by the Houthi terrorist group towards the state,” noting that “the attack did not result in any casualties, as the remnants of the intercepted and destroyed ballistic missiles fell in separate areas around the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.”
A week ago, the Houthis claimed an attack on Abu Dhabi that killed three people, noting that they used missiles and drones.
