Morocco is transitioning to VFS Global as the new provider for UK visa services, replacing TLS Contact under a recently awarded contract.
VFS Global will now offer visa services in 142 countries worldwide, including Morocco, the company announced in a press release.
Effective October 22, 2024, all customers applying for a UK visa will need to schedule appointments with VFS Global.
Residents of Morocco traveling to the UK can book appointments at the new Visa Application Centre in Rabat.
VFS Global has been a partner of UK Visas and Immigration since 2003, previously providing services in 58 countries. The new contract expands their reach significantly.
Mr. Hariprasad Vishwanathan, Head – Middle East & North Africa at VFS Global, expressed excitement about this transition, stating, “We are committed to providing residents of Morocco with a smooth and comfortable UK visa application experience through our new Visa Application Centre.”
These changes will not impact the decision on an application or the processing time for decisions.
Applicants affected by these changes will receive emails from both TLScontact and VFS Global. Those who have already booked an appointment with TLScontact should attend as scheduled.
