In response to recent reports about plans to introduce cannabis-infused products in Morocco, the Justice and Development Party (PJD) has solicited an urgent session on the matter in the House of Representatives.
The PJD’s concerns surround the “marketing of cannabis derivatives,” particularly those containing THC, the psychoactive compound in cannabis.”
This move comes amid an announcement by Kyff, a company specializing in cannabis cultivation and processing, that they will begin marketing CBD products in June.

Pre-orders are already underway for products designed to be low in THC while rich in CBD.
Kyff’s products will be made from kif harvested in the Chefchaouen region, known for its high-CBD cannabis varieties.
Kyff’s first harvest yielded 7.2 tons of locally sourced kif, which were then processed into various product lines.
Kyff’s offerings include CBD-infused white and milk chocolates, 5-gram Napolitains (containing 22.5mg CBD), and 100-gram tablets with 10% cannabis seeds.
