The 15th edition of the International Civil Aviation Organization’s (ICAO) Conference on Air Services Negotiations (ICAN 2023) kicked off on Sunday in Riyadh, with the participation of over 100 countries, including Morocco.
The Kingdom is represented at this event, which runs until December 7, by a delegation led by Tarik Talbi, director of Air Transport at the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (Air Transport Department), accompanied by representatives of Royal Air Maroc and Air Arabia.
Considered the largest international event dedicated to air transport, ICAN is meant to keep pace with the rapid development of the global air transport industry and to conduct negotiations and consultations on bilateral agreements, with the aim of providing better services and facilitating links between regulators, air operators and service providers.
