Morocco’s Cherifian Phosphates Office (OCP) is contributing to the national emergency quake fund with MAD 1 billion.

In addition to this direct contribution, OCP employees and officials launched a fundraising campaign to help earthquake victims.

Following the matching funds principle, donations collected by employees and collaborators will be matched by OCP, and added to the national fund.

This contribution was announced in accordance with royal instructions from King Mohammed VI, for the creation of a special fund to manage the consequences of the earthquake that hit Morocco.

Many Public, Private and mixed Moroccan companies and agencies have contributed to the national fund, intended to help support the quake devastated areas and families, while rehabilitate damages housing and infrastructure.
