At a session chaired in Jeddah on Tuesday by the Custodian of the Two Holy Places of Islam, King Salmane Ibn Abdelaziz Al-Saoud, the Saudi Council of Ministers approved a memorandum of cooperation between the Presidency of the Public Ministries of Morocco and Saudi Arabia.
The memorandum was signed on February 13 in Rabat, during a visit to Morocco by Saudi Attorney General Saud Ben Abdallah Al-Moujib.
According to the King’s Attorney General at the Court of Cassation, President of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, El Hassan Daki, this memorandum of cooperation aims to promote the exchange of views and experiences, coordination and cooperation between the two countries to tackle cross-border crime, noting that the signing of this agreement testifies to the solidity of the ties uniting the two kingdoms.
It will also make it possible, he added, to launch joint training sessions in the field of justice, and to mobilize internationally in the fight against organized crime.
