Tangiers Police arrested eleven foreign migrants, after they were caught in an attempt to migrate in Tangiers on Monday evening.
The security operations conducted by the police in Tangiers to combat irregular migration networks, proceeded in the arrest of the migrants, according to Hespress AR sources.
The migrants were caught red-handed in possession of equipment used in mass migration operations while invading territory by climbing.
The suspects were arrested in the vicinity of the main train station of the city of Tangiers, while they were in possession of 55 metal pieces attached to a wooden blade, suspected of using them in attempts of irregular migration by climbing from the outskirts of the city of Ceuta.
The arrested migrants are been kept under custody, pending investigation that is taking place under the supervision of the Public Prosecution in order to reveal all the circumstances, causes and backgrounds of this case.
