Sunday 28 November 2021 - 15:28

Morocco has decided to suspend all direct passenger flights to the Kingdom for a period of 2 weeks, from Monday, November 29, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.

According to a statement from the interministerial Covid-19 committee, the fast spread of the new Covid-19 Omicron variant, especially in Europe and Africa, is behind the decision.

An assessment of the situation will be undertaken regularly in order to adjust the measures as necessary, the same source added.
