Morocco’s national rail operator ONCF said it will run a special Ramadan 1447 timetable to align trains with the month’s administrative working hours, according to a statement carried by Hespress.
ONCF said it will operate 22 Al Boraq high speed trains a day, with higher frequency from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. and from noon to 5 p.m. It will add a 10 p.m. post iftar train from Tangier and Casablanca Voyageurs, plus an extra 9 p.m. departure every Sunday.
On the Casablanca Port to Rabat corridor, shuttles will run every 30 minutes Monday to Friday from 6:15 a.m. to 6:05 p.m., with evening services from 8:28 p.m. to 10:02 p.m.
Airport trains keep hourly service from 5:45 a.m. to 10:55 p.m. ONCF said it will schedule 52 Atlas trains daily, including 22 on the Fes Casablanca Marrakech axis from 4:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a targeted midday boost.
