Morocco has officially activated its new financial support system for very small, small, and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) under the national Investment Charter, following the publication of four implementing decisions by the head of government in the Official Gazette.
To qualify, companies must record annual revenues between 1 million and 200 million dirhams and commit to investments ranging from 1 million to 50 million dirhams, with at least 10 percent self-financing.
