Morocco’s embassy in China is taking part in the 2025 edition of the China International Fair for Trade in Services (CIFTIS 2025), held in Beijing from Wednesday to Sunday, with a stand showcasing the richness of Moroccan handicrafts and the Kingdom’s tourism offerings.

CIFTIS is the leading international event in China dedicated to trade in services. According to the organizers, this edition features stands from 85 countries and international organizations, as well as 2,000 companies.

The stand set up by the Embassy of Morocco in China displays a selection of handicraft works, including leather goods, brassware, jewelry, and natural cosmetic products.

Morocco’s air transport offering is also highlighted through Royal Air Maroc (RAM) brochures, particularly emphasizing the direct Beijing–Casablanca route operated by the national airline since last January.

The Moroccan stand has attracted numerous visitors, captivated by the richness and diversity of the Kingdom’s cultural and civilizational heritage.

According to data from China’s Ministry of Commerce, the country’s trade in services reached 4.58 trillion yuan (643 billion dollars) in the first seven months of 2025, marking an increase of 8.2% compared to the same period last year.
