The Moroccan and European football world is mourning the loss of one of its brightest stars, Abdelaziz Barrada, who passed away at the young age of 35.
News of Barrada’s sudden passing spread quickly, leaving fans and colleagues shocked and heartbroken. Reports originating from the Tinghir region initially seemed unbelievable, leading many to seek confirmation.
Confirmation came from trusted sources, including journalists who had covered Barrada’s early career with the Moroccan national team, and from his hometown of Ait Abdullah near the town of Kalaat M’gouna in the Tinghir region. Barrada died Thursday afternoon from a sudden heart attack.
