Moroccan striker Youssef En-Nesyri scored his first goal for his new club, Fenerbahçe, on Saturday in a game that ended with a 2-2 draw against Göztepe on the second matchday of the Turkish Süper Lig.
En-Nesyri’s goal came in the 45+7 minute, capping off a solid first-half performance that saw Bosnian teammate Edin Džeko open the scoring in added time but, Göztepe fought back with goals from Koray Günter and Rômulo to secure a point.
The result leaves Fenerbahçe in third place with four points, while Göztepe climbs to eighth with two points.
En-Nesyri joined Fenerbahçe from Sevilla on a five-year deal in July.
