Following his outstanding performance with Turkey’s Galatasaray Football Club at the end of the season, Moroccan international Hakim Ziyech has reportedly received offers from both Saudi Arabian and the US clubs as of the summer transfer window nears, Turkish media reports.
Ziyech has become a central element in the Turkish team and is an integral puzzle piece of of Buruk’s squad; thus, the club was not open to negotiating those offers, according to Turkish newspaper SABAH.
The Turkish newspaper has also confirmed that the team’s manager, Okan Buruk, is willing to rely on Ziyech’s presence in the team for upcoming competitions.
Confirming that his left knee was uninjured and that he had played the minimum matches required by the loan agreement, Galatasaray had automatically activated the purchase clause.
Ziyech played 23 games in Galatasaray’s previous season, scoring 8 goals and assisting his teammates 6 times, despite his absence in some games due to injury.
The Moroccan star player was also crowned champion of Turkey after a stable, excellent performance from the whole team.
