Saturday 6 January 2024 - 20:29

The American news agency Bloomberg recommended Morocco as one of the best world destinations for touring in 2024.

“Despite a destructive earthquake, Morocco had a record year in 2023, welcoming about 14 million travelers—1 million more than in 2019,” highlighted in the article.

Bloomberg attributed this staggering number to the efforts made by tourism authorities, which have encouraged people to explore the Kingdom.

The article recommended travel enthusiasts visit various locations within Morocco, including Marrakech, Tangier, and Rabat. It also provided advice on the best times for touring Morocco.

On 1st January, the Kingdom also appeared on the best world destination to visit in 2024 list prepared by CNN Travel.

According to CNN, Morocco is proven to be a world leader in sustainable tourism, with the implementation of numerous initiatives to increase renewable energy output. The country also has a substantial number of eco-friendly hotels.
