The group is structured into four main business units: Automotive Distribution, Aftermarket Services, Mobility Solutions, and Finance as well as Insurance, enabling BAG to position itself as a benchmark player and bringing a new dynamic to mobility in Morocco.

The first unit, Automotive Distribution, encompasses entities that guarantee the exclusive distribution of well-known automotive brands in the Moroccan market, such as Hyundai, Tata Motors, Aston Martin, and Dongfeng.

Aftermarket Services, the second unit, focuses on providing a wide range of products for the automotive and industrial aftermarket sector, counting on the expertise of Global Auto Trade & Services (G.A.T.S), the first purchasing center in the Kingdom.

The third unit will handle the rising need for mobility services in Morocco, namely “Mobility Solutions”, deploying its subsidiary Global Lease.
