Derek Chauvin, the ex-Minneapolis police officer found guilty of George Floyd’s murder, was stabbed and seriously injured by another inmate on Friday at the Federal Correctional Institution, Tucson, in Arizona.
According to an Associated Press source, the attack occurred at the medium-security prison, which has faced challenges such as security lapses and staffing shortages.
