As Spotify celebrates 50 years of hip-hop music, several Moroccan rappers were recognized among the most listened-to Arab rappers in the world.
In honor of this milestone, the music streaming platform revealed to Billboard Arabia a list of the most listened-to Arab hip-hop artists outside the MENA region in 2023.
Topping the list is Morocco’s ElGrandeToto, followed by Kouz1 in second place, and Liamsi who came in third.
The list also included Tunisian rapper Balti and Egyptian sensation Wegz.
Additionally, Morocco’s Tagne and Draganov also featured on the list, occupying the 6th and 10th ranks respectively.
