Thursday 10 August 2023 - 14:15

Attijariwafa Bank has launched “L’bankalik,” a new payment solution powered by Apple Pay, offering enhanced security and convenience to its customers.

This method enables seamless transactions without sharing physical cards or handling cash. Using iPhone features, each transaction is safeguarded by Face ID, Touch ID, or a unique passcode, along with a dynamic security code for added protection.

Clients can complete contactless payments by double-clicking and placing their iPhone or Apple Watch near payment terminals, enabling convenient purchases at various establishments including stores, cafes, and restaurants.

Apple Pay extends its usability to online shopping and in-app purchases on devices like iPhone, iPad, and Mac, streamlining checkout processes.

Security is prioritized with Apple Pay, as card details are neither stored on the device nor Apple servers.

To enable this payment option, clients can add their L’bankalik card through the Wallet app on their iPhone, experiencing swift transactions while retaining all benefits associated with their L’bankalik card.
