Morocco will celebrate Eid Al Fitr on Saturday, April 22, as confirmed by the Ministry of Habous and Islamic Affairs.
The lunar crescent announcing the beginning of the month of Chaoual 1444 was not observed on Thursday evening, meaning that Ramadan will complete 30 days this year.
The Ministry delegates and the Royal Armed Forces Units associated with the observation have confirmed the non-observation of the lunar crescent.
In a press release, the Ministry extends its wishes for blessings upon King Mohammed VI, Amir Al Mouminine, Crown Prince Moulay El Hassan, and all members of the Royal Family, as well as the Moroccan people.
Hespress EN extends its warm wishes of a Eid Mubarak Said to its readers.
