Moroccan authorities arrested 18 people, including two minors, in the city of Khouribga on Saturday evening, on suspicion of involvement in stone-throwing, violence and hooliganism.
Hespress sources stated that the suspects were arrested after clashes during the football match between the Olympic Khouribga and the FAR teams, which included stone throwing that injured 12 members of the law enforcement.
Adults were placed under theoretical custody, while minors were kept under surveillance, as the judicial investigation ordered by the competent Public Prosecution unfolds, to uncover all criminal acts attributed to those concerned.
