The National Judicial Police arrested on Friday 10 people, three of whom have criminal records, on suspicion of being linked to a criminal network specialized in the preparation and manufacture of firearms.

The National Security said in the press release that the security services had appointed 153 police officers, including deans, judicial police, agents, and supervisors of trained police dogs to carry out this operation in several mountainous areas near Taza.

Additionally, 34 police vehicles were deployed to carry out intervention operations.

The searches carried out resulted in the seizure of a set of equipment and materials used in the installation and manufacture of guns and firearms.
