Luxury Network celebrates prominent Moroccan, International personalities & companies in Tangier event

Moroccan and international luxury brands and stakeholders gathered Friday in Tangier, to celebrate the grand launch of the Kingdom’s Luxury Network branch, with the attendance of Morocco’s biggest entertainment names.

Against the idyllic background of the Hilton Houara Hotel, attendees celebrated the launch alongside prominent personalities and ambassadors of a number of countries to Morocco, and witnessed the award ceremony that recognized some of the biggest names in the Arab luxury field.

With extensive media coverage, the event was a resounding success that celebrated both lifestyle and fashion luxury brands, while highlighting the importance of charity and philanthropy among the Arab world’s elite.

Prior to this latest edition, the awards ceremony was held in some of the world’s biggest cities, namely Moscow, Beverly Hills, Dubai, and Doha.

Presented by Lebanese TV host Neshan, the award ceremony recognized Moroccan singer Asmaa Lemnouar as “Best Female Arab and North African Artist of the Year,” Moroccan Abdelhafid Douzi won the “Best Male North African Artist” award, while Moroccan boxer, Abu Bakr Zaiter was honored for his “outstanding contribution to charitable activities in Morocco for the year 2022.”

NGO “SOS Village” helping underprivileged and orphaned children, was recognized as the charitable organization of the year.

Donning a Moroccan caftan, Indian model and actress Urvashi Rautela was also celebrated during the luxurious ceremony and was awarded for her notable charity work in India during her first time visiting Morocco.

Lebanese singer Rami Ayyach received an award for his contribution to charity work for underprivileged children in Lebanon.

Saudi media personality Loujain Omran won the “Most Distinguished TV Personality of the Year” title, expressing her gratitude for the “great honor” in her acceptance speech.

The event’s venue, Houara Hilton Hotel Spa & Resort in Tangier, was also named the “Luxury Destination of the Year” by the network.
