This meeting is part of the monitoring of the deployment of the site of social protection and the progress of its implementation, including its component on the generalization of health coverage, said a statement from the department of the Head of Government.
In his speech at the beginning of this meeting, Akhannouch recalled the steps taken by the government since its advent in terms of implementation of the royal site of the generalization of social protection to all citizens.
He said in this regard that 22 implementing decrees have been issued so far, which has allowed access to compulsory health insurance to non-salaried workers and their dependents, said the same source.
The Head of Government also addressed his guidelines to members of the government to accelerate the development of decrees and texts, which will allow the generalization of compulsory health insurance to current beneficiaries of the regime “RAMED” before the end of the year 2022.
Akhannouch assured that these provisions will allow the beneficiaries of the “RAMED” scheme to strengthen their achievements and benefit from the compulsory health insurance.
