Locally strong Thundershowers (20 to 30 mm) are expected on Wednesday in several regions across Morocco, announced the Directorate General of Meteorology (DGM).
The Directorate said in an orange weather alert that thundershowers of 20 to 30 millimeters are expected Wednesday from 2 p.m to 10 p.m in the provinces of Ifrane, Sefrou, Boulemane, Taza, Guercif, Taourirt, Jerada, Beni Mellal, Azilal, Khenifra and Al Haouz.
These stormy showers will be accompanied locally by hail and wind gusts under storms of 60 to 70 km / h, added the same source.
