The Moroccan Foreign affairs minister Nasser Bourita received this Friday the special envoy of the Chinese government on the Middle East, Zhai Jun, according to a recent tweet on Moroccan diplomacy.

This meeting aims to hold talks on bilateral relations between both countries.
Earlier this year, Morocco and China signed an agreement on the Joint Implementation Plan for the Belt and Road Initiative, cementing a six-year-long growing bilateral partnership that spans multiple sectors.
