The Central African Football Federation (FCF) officially announced on Friday the appointment of Moroccan coach Abdelaziz Kerkache as head coach of the Central African Republic’s senior national team, the Wild Beasts, replacing Éloge Enza Yamissi.
The Central African Republic is thus banking on the Moroccan coach’s experience to lead the Fauves de Bas-Oubangui into new challenges.
During his coaching career, Kerkache notably managed Mouloudia Oujda, Ittihad Khemisset, KAC Kenitra, Olympique Khouribga, Renaissance Zemamra, as well as Botswana’s Township Rollers FC.
In his new capacity, Abdelaziz Kerkache has unveiled the squad selected for the two-legged encounter against Benin, as part of the qualifiers for the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
