Morocco’s Interior Ministry has dispatched a central inspection committee to Tangier to investigate alleged violations reported at two polling stations during the Sept. 23, 2026, legislative elections in the Tangier-Assilah electoral constituency.
According to the ministry, the committee will conduct the necessary administrative investigations and examine information and data related to the incidents to establish what happened.
The ministry said that, based on the findings and conclusions of the investigation, it will take the necessary administrative measures to determine legal responsibility.
