The Misdemeanor Appellate Chamber at the Marrakech Court of Appeal has reduced the prison sentence for Moroccan content creator Soukaina Janah, widely known online as “Glamour,” from ten months to five months.
Janah was initially sentenced by the Court of First Instance to ten months of active imprisonment and a fine of 500 MAD, alongside a three-year ban from using any social media platforms. The appellate ruling comes as part of ongoing legal proceedings against the influencer regarding controversial content she had previously published on social media.
