T2S Group’s initial public offering was oversubscribed 43.75 times, drawing more than 48.12 billion dirhams in orders from over 110,000 investors, the Casablanca Stock Exchange said on Monday.
The strong demand left investors with an allocation rate of just 2.29%, exchange chief executive Nasser Seddiqi said during the medical technology group’s first day of trading.
Investors requested 215.8 million shares, far exceeding the number offered in the transaction.
T2S raised about 1.1 billion dirhams through the offering, including a public capital increase of nearly 350 million dirhams and the sale of existing shares worth around 750 million dirhams.
The IPO comprised 3.36 million existing shares and 1.57 million newly issued shares, priced at 223 dirhams each.
It was the Casablanca exchange’s first listing of 2026.
Seddiqi said the demand reflected growing interest among Moroccan households in stock-market investment and showed the exchange’s ability to channel savings toward companies seeking capital for expansion.
T2S chief executive Abderraouf Sordo said the listing would support the group’s growth and strengthen its integrated medical technology business in Morocco and sub-Saharan Africa.
