Holder of several coaching diplomas recognized by the Confederation of African Football (CAF), including the CAF A License, Boumehdi is also an accredited lecturer with the continental body.

She has won several distinctions, including the CAF Women’s Champions League title with TP Mazembe in 2024, as well as the award for Best Women’s Football Coach in Africa in 2024 and 2025. She was also named among the three best coaches in Africa in 2025.
