Morocco captain Achraf Hakimi voiced his support for the national U20 team as they prepare to face Argentina in the World Cup final Monday night in Santiago, Chile.
In a message shared by FIFA, the Paris Saint-Germain defender congratulated the young Lions for their impressive run. “You’ve shone throughout this World Cup. One last effort now. Everyone is behind you and proud of you. Dima Maghrib!” Hakimi said.
The Moroccan side, coached by Mohamed Ouahbi, reached the final after defeating South Korea, the United States, and France, a historic first for any Moroccan national team.
