The prestigious Mawazine Festival, one of the world’s largest cultural events, is set to return from June 20 to June 28, 2025, in Rabat.

The festival, known for its high-caliber programming, will once again bring together top international and Arab artists, emerging Moroccan talents, and renowned figures representing musical traditions from across the globe.

According to Hespress AR sources, the festival’s organizing body, Maroc Cultures Association, has already begun negotiations with a lineup of major stars from both the Arab world and beyond.

Some of these artists will be performing in Morocco for the first time, promising an exciting and diverse program for festivalgoers.

Lebanese singer Wael Jassar has confirmed his participation in a previous statement to Hespress AR, expressing his excitement to reconnect with his Moroccan audience.

The festival will also prominently feature Moroccan music, with both emerging and veteran artists taking the stage at the Salé Stage and Mohammed V Theater.

The 2025 edition marks a new challenge for the organizing committee, which aims to further diversify performances and enhance audience interaction. The festival remains committed to blending tradition with modernity, ensuring a rich and inclusive musical experience.

Since its inception in 2001, Mawazine has grown into a major global event, held under the patronage of King Mohammed VI.

Over nine days, it transforms Rabat and Salé into a vibrant musical hub, attracting music lovers from around the world and featuring performances from some of the biggest names in the industry.
