FIFA has officially announced the schedule for Morocco’s next two matches in the African qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup. The Atlas Lions will face Niger on Friday, March 21, 2025, and Tanzania on Tuesday, March 25, 2025. Both matches will take place at the Stade d’Honneur in Oujda.

According to a statement released by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), both games are set to kick off at 9:30 p.m. local time.

Morocco has previously played several qualifying matches at the same venue, including their third, fourth, and sixth fixtures in the Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.

The Atlas Lions currently lead their group with nine points, following three consecutive victories. Niger and Tanzania trail with six points each, while Zambia sits in fourth place with three points. The Republic of Congo remains at the bottom with zero points, as Eritrea has withdrawn from the competition.

These upcoming matches will be crucial for Morocco as they seek to secure their place in the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
