Moroccan athletics champion Anas Essayi qualified for the semi-finals of the 1500-meter race at the Olympic Games.
Essayi reached the semi-finals after finishing fourth in the first heat, having run the race in 3:36.44.
The Moroccan champion will compete in the men’s 1500m semifinals on Sunday.
