Moroccan boxer Widad Bertal was eliminated on Thursday in the quarter-finals of the -54 kg category at the Paris-2024 Olympic Games.
Bertal lost to North Korean Pang Chol-mi by a dominant 4-0 decision.
Her compatriot Khadija El Mardi will face Australian Caitlin Parker in the quarter-final match on Sunday to seek a medal in the -75 kg category.
The other representative of Moroccan boxing at the Paris Olympics, Yasmine Mouttaki, was eliminated in the round of 16 of the -50 kg category by Philippine Aira Villegas by a unanimous 5-0 decision.
