A man is on the run and is wanted by authorities after he slaughtered his wife, mother-in-law and son on Tuesday, in the Bouamer village in the commune of Aghouatim, Al-Haouz.
The suspect fled to an unknown location, and the search for him is still ongoing.
According to Hespress sources, the local authority and the commander of the Royal Gendarmerie in Tahnout district, upon receiving a tip-off, rushed to the scene of this horrific crime, to examine the circumstances of its occurrence and open a preliminary investigation by questioning a group of people from the family and neighbors of the deceased.
The Royal Gendarmerie officers supervised the transfer of the victims’ bodies to the mortuary and launched a search campaign for the perpetrator of the crime, who is about 30 years old.
