Residents in the Beni Mellal-Khenifra region felt the ground shake as a 4.9 magnitude earthquake occurred on Tuesday morning.
According to online seismic monitoring services, the quake’s epicenter was on the outskirts of Beni Mellal, at a depth of 10 kilometers.
