Moroccan international Noussair Mazraoui’s participation in the upcoming African Cup of Nations hangs in the balance, following an injury he sustained during a Champions League match between Bayern and Manchester United.
According to German news outlet Bild, Mazraoui suffered from a bundle tear in the left calf and will likely miss at least 6 weeks of play.
With the AFCON around the corner, Mazraoui’s participation alongside the Atlas Lions cannot be guaranteed after this injury.
