Andrew and Tristan Tate lost an appeal against a Romanian court that denied them bail, after being arrested on sex trafficking charges.
The brothers are set to remain in prison for at least another month, as the investigation continues.
Tate, 36, was arrested on December 29 in Bucharest alongside his brother Tristan and two Romanian women, on suspicion of human trafficking, rape and forming an organized crime group to exploit victims.
