Moroccan goalkeeper Yassine Bounou is under Real Madrid’s radar. Madridi is weighing up a move for the Sevilla man, According to a recent report from Defensa Central.
The 31-year-old has been showing an excellent world cup campaign with Morocco’s Atlas Lions. His current contract with Sevilla is set to expire in 2025, which means “Los Blancos” will have to generate a serious offer to be granted Bono’s services.
At 31, Bono still has a lot of football left in him. He is good enough to fight for a regular starting spot with Thibaut Courtois at the Madrid club in the coming seasons.
Los Blancos would be better off investing in strengthening many areas of their squad if they want to challenge for even more prizers in the future.
Sevilla Director of Football Monchi does not shy away from selling players if it serves the the sporting finances of the club.
Only an attractive offer could sway the Andalusian side though, as he is a key player to the team, who was linked with a Premier League move to Aston Villa for less than $30m.
Real Madrid though, would not be very keen on investing such a hefty price for a back-up to the established starter Thibaut Courtois.
